  31. Silly me, it's not a bug at all.  The treatment of path specifications in
  32. receive filenames follows your SET RECEIVE PATHNAMES setting, which is OFF
  33. by default, meaning that incoming filenames go in download directory (if you
  34. have declared one) or else into your current directory.  If you SET RECEIVE
  35. PATHNAMES ON, then Kermit pays attention to pathnames for incoming files.
